Frosthaven is the story of a small outpost far to the north of the capital city of White Oak, an outpost barely surviving the harsh weather as well as invasions from forces both known and unknown. There, a group of mercenaries at the end of their rope will help bring back this settlement from the edge of destruction. Not only will they have to deal with the harsh elements, but there are other, far more dangerous threats out in the unforgiving cold as well. There are Algox, the bigger, more yeti-like cousins of the Inox, attacking from the mountains; Lurkers flooding in from the northern sea; and rumors of machines that wander the frozen wastes of their own free will. The party of mercenaries must face all of these perils, and perhaps in doing so, make peace with these new races so they can work together against even more sinister forces. Frosthaven is a standalone adventure from the designer and publisher of Gloomhaven that features sixteen new characters, three new races, more than twenty new enemies, more than one hundred new items, and a new, 100-scenario campaign. Characters and items from Gloomhaven will be usable in Frosthaven, and vice versa. In addition to having the well-known combat mechanisms of Gloomhaven, Frosthaven will feature much more to do outside of combat, such as numerous mysteries to solve, a seasonal event system to live through, and player control over how this ramshackle village expands, with each new building offering new ways to progress. Frosthaven has a whole new set of items but there is a mechanic for bringing items over from 'Gloomhaven'. However, as it is a remote location, these products get imported and are not there as standard. Resources are much more valuable and you have to build items through a crafting system rather than just buy them.

Metal Color is a new range of water-based metallic colors, especially designed for airbrushing. In the development of these new and innovative metallic colors, the latest generation of aluminum pigments has been used in a specifically designed formula which results in a series of colors of exceptional resistance and adherence to plastics and metal. Metal Color can be applied directly on models without the need for the use of a primer, although in the case of fuselages and components for airplane models it is recommended to first apply a glossy Black Primer to bring forth the unique and special quality of the aluminum finish. The range of Metal Color consists of 19 references, available in 32ml. bottles with a flip top/eyedropper closure.
Game Air is the range of acrylic colors for airbrushing, specially designed by our experts together with professional modelers for painting all your Fantasy, Wargames and Sci-Fi figures and models.
The range has been developed to achieve two purposes: to maintain the most popular shades and to offer new colors that allow the use of the BSL chromatic grouping system (Base, Shadowand Light).
The ranges of Game Air and Game Color are perfectly compatible; the colors are identical in both formulations, which allows combining the use of colors in both airbrush and brush applications.
The new r-PET (recycled/recyclable) plastic bottle is completely transparent, improves color visualization and enhances AV’s commitment to sustainability and the environment. In addition to the new bottle, the new cap includes a security seal.
Surface Primer is available in a range of basic shades most frequently employed to prepare the surface of the model or miniature before starting the painting process. Primers can be applied on all surfaces, resin, PVC, brass, white metal or wood. The primer preserving even the smallest detail of a model, and improves the adherence of the colors applied on this base. It is recommended to apply the Primer in various layers; the product dries rapidly and forms a homogenous film of extraordinary strength and resistance within a few hours after application. Surface Primer can be used directly or diluted with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner of Flow Improver. The recommended compressor settings are around 15-20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. For best maintenance of the airbrush, it is recommended to use the Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.
When a vehicle drives through muddy terrain, mud splashes are inevitable. The range of Splash Mud has been formulated so that by simply blowing air through the airbrush over a brush loaded with mud, from a short distance from the model and on the specific area, realistic splash effects will be spattered all over the model. Splash Mud can also be applied using a stiff brush or stick. The range includes six different kinds of mud, manufactured with natural pigments and water-based acrylic resins, which drie to a slightly glossy finish which suggest the humid nature of the products. The product can also be splashed on the model with an airbrush by loading a regular brush with Splash Mud and projecting air against the brush towards the model.
